Cookie Policy

BOOROCK LLC

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

Last Updated: May 17, 2026

1.  WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on Your device by websites and applications You visit. They are widely used to make websites function properly, operate more efficiently, and to provide information to website operators. Cookies may be “session cookies,” which are deleted when You close Your browser, or “persistent cookies,” which remain on Your device for a defined period or until You delete them.

In addition to cookies, the Platform may use other similar tracking technologies, including web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear GIFs), local storage objects, and device fingerprinting techniques. References to “cookies” in this Policy include all such similar technologies unless otherwise specified.

2.  CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE

We use the following categories of cookies on the Platform:

Category Type Purpose
Strictly Necessary Session and Persistent Required for the Platform to function. These cookies enable core functions such as secure login, session management, and payment processing. They cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the Platform.
Functional Persistent Remember your preferences and settings, such as language, location, saved filters, and account information, to provide a more personalized experience.
Analytics and Performance Persistent Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how users interact with the Platform, including pages visited, time spent, and features used. This information helps us understand usage patterns and improve the Platform.
Marketing and Advertising Persistent Used to deliver relevant content and promotions about BOOROCK’s services. These cookies may track browsing activity across websites to build a profile of interests. These cookies are only placed with your prior consent where required by applicable law.

3.  THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Some cookies on the Platform are placed by third-party service providers. These third parties may include:

(a) Analytics Providers. We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics or similar platforms) to collect aggregated, anonymized information about how users interact with the Platform. These providers may set their own cookies to track Platform usage.

(b) Payment Processors. Our payment processing partner, Stripe, Inc., may set cookies in connection with payment functions on the Platform.

(c) Communications Platforms. Service providers that support our communications infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with in-app messaging and notifications.

Third-party cookies are subject to the privacy policies of the respective third parties. BOOROCK does not control the placement or use of third-party cookies and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before allowing third-party cookies that are not strictly necessary.

4.  YOUR CHOICES AND OPT-OUT OPTIONS

You have several options to control how cookies are used when You visit the Platform:

4.1  Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow You to control cookies through browser settings. You can typically configure your browser to: (a) block all cookies; (b) block third-party cookies only; (c) clear cookies when You close the browser; or (d) receive a notification when a cookie is set. Please refer to Your browser’s help documentation for instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain features of the Platform from functioning properly.

4.2  Analytics Opt-Out

You may opt out of analytics tracking through the settings panel available on the Platform or through tools provided by the analytics service provider. For Google Analytics, the opt-out browser add-on is available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4.3  Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Where required by applicable law, we will present You with a cookie consent banner when You first visit the Platform, allowing You to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You may update Your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings link available on the Platform.

5.  COOKIE DURATION

Session cookies expire when You close Your browser. Persistent cookies remain on Your device until they expire or until You delete them through Your browser settings. The specific duration of each persistent cookie varies by cookie type and provider. Strictly necessary cookies generally have the shortest durations; analytics and marketing cookies may persist for up to two years in some cases. You may view and manage cookie durations through Your browser’s developer tools or cookie management settings.

6.  DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. BOOROCK does not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no widely accepted standard for how platforms should respond to such signals. We will continue to monitor developments in DNT standards and update this Policy as appropriate.

7.  CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

BOOROCK may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our business practices. We will post the updated Policy on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage You to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform following an update to this Policy constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Policy.
